As self-proclaimed hopeless romantics, we pride ourselves on accentuating special details and letting the couple shine in a dreamy environment created just for them and their loved ones.  From the band to the hand- decorated wedding cakes and personalized welcome bags, the best wedding photographers, Anfitriona hosts and concierge for the special day, flattering lighting. Each moment is considered to create a custom, heartfelt experience for each client.

While styling an event is a standard mark of any event planner, Anfitriona has heightened styling  capacities with a specialty in interiors and tabletop. This feature ensures every event is camera ready and provides and extra plus to the client for coverage of their products or special event elements to be arranged for photographers and videographers, also offering an extensive knowledge of china, glassware, florals and other tabletop elements as well as creative place card and menu ideas, linens and accessories.

Anfitriona takes such joy in creating custom paper elements.  We work with calligraphers, artists and expert printers to design completely custom Save the Dates, invitations, maps, and more, not to mention our very favorite: creative place cards and menus for each guest at seated dinners.

On another note, larger scale customized items like key art, step and repeats, logos and corporate signage are also highly requested items, and Anfitriona is skilled at orchestrating the printing, construction and installation of these items seamlessly and with the proper lighting.

Anfitriona works with caterers to perfect the ingredients and presentation of each dish, streamline menus, and to manage catering logistics and specifics in accordance with client needs, including canapés, plated dinners, cocktail parties and grazing tables as well as staffing and uniforms.

On the sweet side, Anfitriona creates custom recipes, presentation, specialty garnishes and packaging by way of pastry, an excellent gift and way to celebrate or create consistency of an event theme.  We firmly believe that cakes are one of the best ways to celebrate and add another level to any affair.

Anfitriona works with an incredible team of models that are not only beautiful on the outside, but on the inside as well.They are trained with proper etiquette, and work as hosts, servers and guides.

Many of our models are bilingual, speaking Spanish and English, some speak Portuguese and Italian as well.  Anfitriona coordinates uniforms or costumes to match the theme of the event, the logistics of the guest list or greeting specifications, and can provide iPads or other guest list management tools when required.

We can also make the connection with clients for hotels for stays and corporate use, and can co-manage this element with the support of our excellent travel agent partners, who also can offer group transportation, outings or tours and airline tickets.
